I first went to Petoskey Dental Associates years ago when I needed a root canal and my current dentist had gone on vacation without leaving any emergency contact information. It was a frustrating experience at the time, but ultimately, I'm thankful because otherwise I might never have found Dr. Whitcomb and his team. (For the record, even during an officewide vacation, someone is answering the phone or checking messages at Petoskey Dental Associates in case of a dental emergency.) The entire team is friendly and professional, and I continue to go even though I have a different job now and it's a much longer drive. I've also never had any issues with the various insurance companies I've had over the years; they accept a wide variety of carriers.

My wife has flown to Michigan to have dental work done with Dr. Whitcomb...that’s how good he is. We have friends who have homes both in FL and MI and they could not say enough about his practice. My wife was having issues finding trustworthy recommendations here in Fl and decided to purchase an airplane ticket and fly to MI to have the work done. Carol was most helpful in setting up a series of appointments that would allow for the work to get done in a timely manner and without discomfort. We, specially my wife, are very happy with the entire experience from the long distance calls and follow through to the procedure and the end results: a beautiful smile!
