Went in for a simple tooth extraction, first time ever for me. I explained I get anxious with dentist offices and they did PHENOMENAL. Very friendly and understanding staff.

Today I was to get my finished crown, my temporary crown has been great, no problems at all, however when Dr. Clement removed the temporary crown and seated the new permanent crown, he was not happy with the fit. He immediately removed the new crown and replied in the temporary. He said I need to call the lab. I then went with Rachel for a cleaning. She did an amazing job, no pain, my teeth looked and felt clean. I had brought my invisalign. To see if it was ok to wear with the new crown. The staff had cleaned it thoroughly during my cleaning. Dr. Clement assured my the invisalign fit fine. He also said I'll need you to come back so I can seat the new crown the lab is working on now. Another trip to Petoskey, but I always find some shopping before or after my appointment. I had been cold my first appointment so I was given a nice warm blanket and neck pillow for this appointment. Great staff and interaction with patients. I can't recommend Dr. Clement and his staff highly enough! Thanks again for a great dental appointment. Lynn LeCureux
