I am visiting Petoskey and experienced a dental situation. I read reviews and on the recommendation of two present patients of Dr. Clement, I contacted his office to get an appointment. I left a message and promptly received a return call from Amanda and I had an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at the office early as I knew there was paperwork that would need to be completed. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken into a private office and was able to do all the paperwork on a computer. I was then in the dental chair at my scheduled appointment time. A staff member was waiting for me and asked a few questions and took a couple of x-rays. She said the doctor would be right in (we’ve all heard this before). Within a very few minutes Dr. Clement appeared. He did my exam and read the x-rays. I was glad to hear all was well. ALL staff I encountered were cheery, helpful, and professional. Kudos to you all.
